Bumper Plates

The MM Custom Bumper Plates are made of virgin rubber and have a high density giving it a low bounce. The 5 kg Bumper Plate is available in 2 different models. One comes in standard IWF 450 mm, the other one has a special diameter of 350 mm making it smaller than a standard 450 mm Bumper Plates. The smaller diameter gives your 5 kg Bumper Plates a much longer lifespan due to it not hitting the floor during drops.

We recommend using the MM Rubber Tile when dropping bumper plates.

10 kg plate = 20.000 times

15-25 kg plate = 20.000-30.000 times
